Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Times
- Free delivery when you spend £30 or more on your order.
- Express UK Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Express Shipping to Europe and North America: Estimated delivery within 2-11 business days. We do not currently deliver to any other regions.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation, is required.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may not be eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@mizanbalance.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
